TV Channel Overview
Ivoire Channel is an Ivorian general-interest television channel launched
in 2018. Its programming includes reports, films, documentaries, music,
and other factual and entertainment content. Côte d'Ivoire and its culture,
people, activities, and development are recurring subjects, while African
and international content also forms part of the schedule.
Satellite distribution on Eutelsat 16A began in December 2022. Ivoire Channel is also carried through cable distribution networks in Côte d'Ivoire and other African countries, including Senegal, Mauritania, and Cameroon, extending the service beyond its domestic market.
Alongside the main general-interest channel, Ivoire Channel has developed a group of thematic television channels devoted to more specific types of content. This structure combines a broadly programmed main channel with additional specialized services, while the main Ivoire Channel schedule continues to bring together documentaries, reports, cinema, music, and entertainment.
