Copyright & Usage Policy
Squid TV is a directory of official, publicly available live TV streams from broadcasters around the world.
We do not host, store, copy, or redistribute any video content on our servers.
All livestreams and embedded players displayed on Squid TV originate directly from the broadcasters or from platforms officially authorized by them.
1. Use of Official and Authorized Sources Only
Squid TV includes only:
- Official broadcaster websites
- Livestreams published by broadcasters
- Publicly provided embed players
- Official YouTube, Facebook, or government streaming pages
- Parliamentary and community-access channels that publicly release their feeds
We do not include:
- Pirated streams
- IPTV feeds of unknown origin
- Restreams or re-uploads of copyrighted material
- Geo-restriction bypass tools
- Unauthorized mirrors of TV channels
If a broadcaster removes or restricts access to a stream, we update or remove the corresponding link accordingly.
2. No Video Hosting or Redistribution
Squid TV does not host or cache any video content.
When a user clicks a TV channel, they are redirected to the broadcaster’s own website or to an officially provided embed.
All video content is streamed directly from the broadcaster’s servers, and copyright remains entirely with the respective rights holders.
3. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for complying with:
- Each broadcaster’s terms of use
- Geo-restriction policies
- National laws regarding media consumption
Squid TV does not provide tools or guidance for bypassing regional restrictions.
4. Fair Use and Non-Commercial Purpose
Squid TV is operated for informational and directory purposes.
Channel descriptions, logos (when shown), and metadata are used under fair use principles to help users identify broadcasters.
Squid TV does not charge fees for accessing official streams and does not resell television content.
5. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in broadcasting regulations and streaming practices.
