eXtra news (اكسترا نيوز) is an Egyptian news and current affairs channel launched in July 2011.
It is owned by Capital Broadcasting Center (شبكة قنوات سي بي سي / سي بي سي / CBC Egypt), which is a satellite television network with headquarters
in Cairo.
The channel also maintains an official YouTube channel, where selected
video content and related updates are published online.
