Overview

TV West is a regional television channel based in Mbarara City, Mbarara District, Western Region. The channel broadcasts news and entertainment programs mainly in Runyakitara language (Kitara language), and also in Runyankole (Nkore language), Rukiga (Kiga language), and Rutooro languages (Tooro language).
It is owned by Vision Group (officially: New Vision Printing & Publishing Company Limited / NVPPCL), which is a multimedia conglomerate in Uganda.
