Overview
The Instituto Colimense de Radio y Televisión (ICRTV) is the public broadcasting
organization of the State of Colima, Mexico, established in 2007 to promote
culture, education, information, and community participation.
It operates Canal 12.1, a digital terrestrial television channel that airs locally focused programming, including cultural features, educational content, public affairs, and sports.
