Overview
Open University Network (OUN / 방송대학TV) is an educational television channel
owned and operated by Korea National Open University (KNOU / 한국방송통신대학교),
a national university in South Korea.
Since its launch in 1996, the channel has broadcasted lectures from the university. Korea National Open University offers higher education programs, including undergraduate, graduate, and non-degree options, as well as distance-learning courses in Korean, serving over 180,000 students.
