TV Channel Overview
Bahoriston (Баҳористон / Телевизиони Баҳористон / ТВБ) is a state television
channel for children and adolescents based in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Established
by a government resolution in 2006, it began broadcasting that year and
operates within Tajikistan’s state broadcasting system.
The channel is designed primarily for younger audiences, with programming that supports education, cultural awareness, creativity, and physical development. Its schedule includes educational and cultural programs, news and information for children and teenagers, sports, quizzes and competitions, music, and entertainment. Bahoriston also introduces young viewers to Tajik national culture, traditions, literature, arts, and historical subjects.
