based in Changchun, Jilin Province. It operates three television channels:
Comprehensive Channel (综合频道), Culture, Tourism and Sports Channel (文旅体育频道),
and Citizen Life Channel (市民生活频道).
In addition, it offers a live webcam stream titled Changchun City Slow
