TV Channel Overview
N1 Hrvatska (N1 Zagreb) is the Croatian service of N1, a regional news television network covering Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia. Produced from Zagreb, Croatia, the Croatian service forms part of a wider N1 structure with production centers in Zagreb, Croatia; Belgrade, Serbia; Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina; and Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Launched in 2014, N1 Hrvatska focuses on news and current affairs for audiences in Croatia while also reporting on developments elsewhere in Southeast Europe and internationally. Its Croatian-language coverage centers on national politics, government, the economy, social issues, business, and international affairs. Interviews, studio discussions, analysis, and field reporting make up a substantial part of the schedule, alongside coverage of culture, sports, weather, and other topics of public interest.
N1 developed for many years in partnership with CNN, an arrangement that ended in 2026. The Zagreb newsroom continues to produce reporting tailored to audiences in Croatia while contributing to N1's broader regional news coverage across the four countries in which the network operates.
