TV Channel Overview
Europe 1 TV is a television channel based in Paris, Île-de-France, France,
developed from the long-established French radio station Europe 1. Launched
in December 2025, the television service brings Europe 1’s radio programming
into a visual format, allowing its studio-based broadcasts and editorial
content to be presented on television as well as radio.
Europe 1 itself began broadcasting in 1955 and remains a national generalist radio station. Its programming is built around news and current affairs, interviews, analysis, discussion, culture, media, health, sport, and other topics of general interest. Europe 1 TV carries this editorial approach into television, combining the voices and discussions of the radio service with studio video, reports, and other visual material.
