Overview
Africanews is a pan-African television network that broadcasts news and
current affairs programs in both English and French languages.
The headquarters was formerly located in Pointe-Noire, Republic of the
Congo (Congo-Brazzaville), but it has relocated to Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes,
France. Africanews is a subsidiary of France-based Euronews.
The channel is broadcast in sub-Saharan African countries via satellite
and digital terrestrial television networks. Live streams can also be accessed
via its official website.
