Duna Média, officially known as Duna Médiaszolgáltató, is Hungary's national
public media organization headquartered in Budapest.
It was formed in 2015 through the merger of the former public service broadcasters
Magyar Televízió (MTV), Duna Televízió, and Magyar Rádió (MR), along with
the Hungarian news agency Magyar Távirati Iroda (MTI). Duna Média is owned
by the Media Service Support and Asset Management Fund (Hungarian: Médiaszolgáltatás-támogató és Vagyonkezelő Alap, abbreviated MTVA).
The organization operates eight television channels: M1 (news channel),
M2 (children's channel), M3 (an online channel featuring archived and retro
programs), M4 Sport (sports channel), M4 Sport+ (sports channel), M5 (educational
and cultural channel), Duna (general TV channel), and Duna World (international
channel).

for these channels.
