Overview
Televisión Española (TVE) is the national public television station owned
by RTVE (Radio y Televisión Española), the state-owned television and radio
broadcaster in Spain. The headquarters is located in Pozuelo de Alarcón,
Community of Madrid.
TVE operates various television channels: La 1, La 2, Canal 24 Horas, Teledeporte
(tdp), TVE Catalunya, TVE Canarias, and more. La 1 is the flagship television
channel of RTVE. 24 Horas (24h) is a 24-hour news channel. Teledeporte
(tdp) is a sports television channel. TVE Catalunya and Canarias are regional
television channels.
