operated by Television and Radio Company Nova Odesa LLC. The channel broadcasts
primarily in Ukrainian. The broadcaster is registered in Ukraine as a local
television service, with terrestrial coverage extending across communities
in Odesa Oblast.
News and public affairs form the main focus of the channel. Reporting concentrates on Odesa and the surrounding region, with attention to municipal decisions, public services, transport, economic and social issues, culture, and other developments affecting local communities.
