Overview
Bahrain Radio and Television Corporation (BRTC) is the Bahraini public
broadcaster headquartered in Isa Town.
It operates five television channels; Bahrain TV (BTV / تلفزيون البحرين),
Bahrain International (بحرين انترناشيونال), Bahrain Sports 1 (البحرين الرياضية
1), Bahrain Sports 2 (البحرين الرياضية 2), and Quran Kareem TV (القرآن الكريم).
Bahrain TV is the flagship television channel of BRTC and offers news and entertainment
programs (up-to-date news, variety shows, TV drama series, etc.).
Bahrain International is an English-language TV channel that broadcasts national & world
news, documentaries, cultural programs, and entertainment programs.
Bahrain Sports 1 and 2 broadcast sporting events (football matches, etc.), sports news, interviews,
and other sports-related programs.
Quran Kareem TV is an Islamic television channel.
