TV Channel Overview
Channel 13 (Reshet 13 / רשת 13) is a Hebrew-language commercial television channel based in Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. It operates as a national general channel, combining news and current affairs with reality television, drama, comedy, documentaries, lifestyle programs, game shows, and other entertainment.
The schedule brings together daily news and public-affairs programs with a broad range of non-news content. Reshet was one of the operators of Israel’s former Channel 2 from 1993 until that channel was split in 2017. Channel 13 began operating under the Reshet 13 brand in 2017. Following regulatory approval, Reshet merged with Channel 10 in 2019, bringing the two commercial broadcasting operations together under Channel 13.
