TV Channel Overview
Asil TV (قناة أصيل الفضائية) is an Arabic-language Islamic satellite television channel based on Ahmad
Al Jaber Street in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Its editorial focus is religious
education and discussion, with particular attention to Islamic teachings
and the intellectual and doctrinal heritage of the Ahl al-Bayt. The channel
also emphasizes respectful dialogue and themes of unity among Muslims.
Its schedule combines Quran-related programs, Islamic jurisprudence and religious instruction, historical and cultural discussions, documentaries, interviews, and selected current-affairs content. Religious seasons and observances receive dedicated programming, while drama and other general-interest material also appear within the broader Islamic framework. This mix gives Asil TV a specialized religious identity rather than a general entertainment format.
The channel broadcasts by satellite via Nilesat and maintains a regular weekly schedule. Its current program archive and timetable show continuing activity in 2026, with religious, cultural, documentary, and discussion programs appearing throughout the year.
