Beirut, Lebanon. Its editorial focus is Palestinian affairs, with reporting
and programs addressing developments in the Palestinian territories as
well as issues affecting Palestinians elsewhere in the region.
News bulletins, field reports, interviews, discussion programs, and analysis form a substantial part of the channel’s output. Coverage follows political and social developments, humanitarian conditions, regional affairs, and events in Palestinian communities, while other programs address cultural, religious, historical, and social topics. Reporting from Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, and other locations gives the channel a geographic focus extending beyond a single Palestinian locality.
The channel began operating in 2009. Its early development started in London before its headquarters were later established in Beirut, where its main operations are now based.
