and owned by Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG). Serving audiences across
the Arab world and beyond, it covers regional and international developments
with particular attention to the political, economic, and social context
surrounding major events.
News bulletins, breaking news, field reports, interviews, discussion programs, and analysis form the core of its television output. Politics, international affairs, business, financial markets, technology, society, and other public-interest subjects are covered through reporting from the Middle East and other regions. Asharq News also carries extensive business and financial coverage under the Asharq Business with Bloomberg brand, drawing on an exclusive content agreement with Bloomberg Media for reporting on markets, companies, economics, and finance.
