Sharjah Broadcasting Authority (SBA, Arabic: هيئة الشارقة للإذاعة والتلفزيون)
is a government media organization in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab
Emirates. It operates television and radio outlets connected with Sharjah's
public media sector. Its television channels include Sharjah TV, Sharjah
Sports, Sharqiya from Kalba, Al Wousta from Al Dhaid, and Sharjah 2.
Sharjah TV (
تلفزيون الشارقة) is SBA's main television channel, with programming centered on social,
cultural, educational, documentary, and public-affairs topics. Sharjah
Sports (
قناة الشارقة الرياضية) is the authority's sports channel, covering sports news, competitions,
analysis programs, interviews, and events such as football and other regional
sports. Sharqiya from Kalba (
قناة الشرقية من كلباء) serves the eastern area of the emirate, with programs related to family
life, poetry, heritage, environment, local history, culture, tourism, and
community figures. Al Wousta from Al Dhaid (
