Overview
Office of Cable Television, Film, Music, and Entertainment (OCTFME), formerly
known as OCT, is a public, educational, and government access cable television
station that is owned by the government of the District of Columbia.
It operates three television channels: District of Columbia Network ( DCN ), DC Council Channel ( DCC ), and District Knowledge Network ( DKN ).
