Overview
CAN TV, officially known as Chicago Access Network Television, is a public access cable television station serving the city of Chicago, Illinois.
Launched by the city of Chicago in 1983 and owned by the Chicago Access Corporation (CAC), the station provides programming and opportunities in cultural, educational, health, social service, civic, community, and other nonprofit sectors through its five television channels: CAN TV19, 21, 27, 36, and 42.
