Overview
The City of South Portland operates two cable television channels, one
is South Portland Community Television (SPC-TV), the other is South Portland
Public Access Television (SPPA-TV).
SPC-TV is a government and educational access channel that provides residents
with municipal and school-related programs. On the other hand, SPPA-TV
is a public access channel that broadcasts messages of community interest
from nonprofit organizations.
