TV Channel Overview
Helena Civic Television (HCTV) is a nonprofit community-based public access
television station in Helena, Montana, United States. Organized as a Public,
Educational, and Governmental (PEG) service, it places particular emphasis
on civic affairs and locally produced programming.
A central part of HCTV’s work is documenting public meetings. The station contracts with the City of Helena and Lewis and Clark County to provide unedited coverage of local government proceedings, helping preserve a public record of civic decision-making.
