Overview
Access 21 is a public-access television channel serving Mecklenburg County
and the City of Charlotte. It is owned by Charlotte Mecklenburg Public
Access Corporation (CMPAC), a private, non-profit corporation based in
Charlotte, North Carolina.
The purpose of the channel is to provide residents living in the Charlotte
metropolitan area with opportunity to create and submit programming that
expresses diverse opinions, interests and activities.
