Overview
Knoxville Community Media (KCM) is a non-profit community television organization serving Knoxville and Knox County, Tennessee.
It provides residents and local organizations with media training, production facilities, and opportunities to share their own stories.
KCM operates two public access television channels — Channel 12 and Channel 10.
