is the French-language television channel of China Global Television Network
(CGTN / 中国环球电视网). CGTN is a group of international multilingual television
channels owned by China Media Group (CMG / 中央广播电视总台), the primary state-owned
media company in China. Its headquarters is located in Chaoyang District,
Beijing.
