TV Channel Overview
ABP News (एबीपी न्यूज़) is a national Hindi-language television news channel operated by ABP Network Private Limited. The service dates to 2003 and changed from STAR News to ABP News in 2012. ABP Network’s corporate office is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, while its registered office is in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Serving audiences across India, the channel focuses on news and current affairs rather than reporting for a single state or region. Its coverage addresses national politics, state-level developments, elections, international affairs, business, sports, education and technology. The Hindi news service also carries reporting related to agriculture, weather and fact-checking, together with dedicated sections for different Indian states.
ABP News is the network’s national Hindi television service. It operates within a wider group of news outlets that includes Bengali, Marathi and Gujarati television channels, as well as regional and digital services in several other Indian languages. This structure places ABP News at the center of the network’s nationwide Hindi-language reporting while regional brands provide more locally focused coverage.
