TV Channel Overview
Al Arabiya (قناة العربية) is an Arabic-language pan-Arab news channel headquartered in Riyadh,
Saudi Arabia, and a central television service of Al Arabiya News Network.
Launched in 2003, it serves audiences across the Arab world with coverage
of regional and international developments.
Breaking news, politics, diplomacy, business, economics, and current affairs form the core of its television output. Economic and market reporting also forms a regular part of the schedule.
Al Arabiya began broadcasting from Dubai in 2003. The network started transferring operations to Riyadh in 2021, and the relocation of its editorial, administrative, and operational functions to the Saudi capital was completed in 2025.
