Overview
Nile News (قناة النيل للأخبار) also known as Nile News Channel or Al Nile, is an Arabic-language satellite news channel based in Cairo. It offers breaking news, current affairs programming, sports updates, talk shows, and other content. The channel was launched in October 1998 and is owned by the National Media Authority (الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام), also known as Maspero, which is the national public broadcasting organization of Egypt.
